Andy Kulina -  Founder and CEO

Andy Kulina has 20+ years of loyalty expertise and launched the largest supermarket loyalty programme in the USA as well as programmes for Royal Bank of Scotland and Visa Europe.

As a consultant he has developed consumer engagement, growth and retention strategies across multiple sectors including media, FMCG, retail and financial services.

Gabe Karp - Chief Product Officer

Gabe Karp is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of the StylePoints proposition from Proof of Concept until full launch and beyond.  Prior to joining StylePoints, Gabe was a Partner at our tech partner Siberia and before that, was Vice-President at Blue State Digital, the company responsible for the digital strategy and social fundraising that resulted in the election of Barack Obama.   

Gabe brings media tech experience to StylePoints having worked for and with media owners and content delivery platforms including Real Networks, AOL, MSN, Facebook, Google and BBC Worldwide.

 
Koos Berkhout Koos Berkhout set up Nectar’s initial data analytics team  and was the author of the financial model for the UK's largest loyalty coalition.

Julia Porter Julia Porter is current chair of the Data Marketing Association and brings 25 years of Media Industry experience to the team.  She has held Director-level roles at The Guardian, ITV and IPC Media.
